These terms apply to everyone who visits ganakly.com or uses its tools. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy and disclaimer form part of these terms.
Can I use Ganakly for free, including at work?
Yes. You may use every calculator free of charge for personal, educational and commercial purposes, for example to explain a loan to a customer or plan a client’s SIP. You may share screenshots of your results.
Are the results guaranteed to be correct?
No. We build each formula from official rules and test it carefully, but results are estimates. Rates, tax slabs and rules change, and your situation may have details a calculator can’t capture.
What am I not allowed to do?
- Copy, scrape or republish our calculators, code or articles on another site or app.
- Put Ganakly pages in a frame or present them as your own.
- Send automated traffic that slows the site down, or try to break its security.
- Click ads you aren’t interested in, or ask others to do so.
Who owns the content on Ganakly?
The text, design, logo and code on Ganakly belong to Ganakly unless stated otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page. Formulas themselves, such as the EMI formula, are public knowledge.
What about ads and links to other websites?
Ganakly shows ads from Google AdSense and labelled partner offers, and links to official sources. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Is Ganakly liable for decisions I make?
Ganakly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Ganakly isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using, or being unable to use, the site or its results.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
Can these terms change?
Yes. When we update them, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Ganakly after a change means you accept the new terms.
